Santiago Palacios of West Covina caught 20 catfish with double limits & back to back fishing sessions totaling 45 pounds using mackerel and trout fillets fishing in Chris Pond. Erik Salazar of Montebello caught a 9 pound 8 ounce trout using a mealworm/marshmallow combination at La Palma point. David Rochin of Anaheim caught 5 catfish totaling 15 pounds 8 ounces using trout meat float tubing at La Palma point. Dave Beaver & Jason Silva of Anaheim teamed up and caught 6 big catfish totaling 26 pounds using mealworm & marshmallow combo in the Catfish Lake. Jason Cho & Mark Chance of Anaheim Hills caught 10 catfish totaling 31 pounds using shrimp at Levitz corner. BIG limits of catfish being taken at Corona Lake
Jeff Chodowski & his wife Mrs. Chowdowski caught both double limited 20 catfish totaling 51 pounds using shrimp from a boat fishing near the boat dock.
Tommy Mccaskill Jr. of L.A. caught a 7 pound 12 ounce catfish from a boat using mackerel.
