Ben Hinojosa of Corona caught a 10 pound trout using a Mijo Minnow fishing from a float tube near the Bubble Hole. Tian Muyier of Westminster caught a 9 pound trout using a jig in Chris’ Pond. Nick Cervantes of Placentia caught a 8 pound 12 ounce trout using a Rapla Firetiger from a boat near the Bubble Hole.
Marisol Cortes of Rialto caught a 9 pound 13 ounce catfish from a boat in the middle of the lake. Owen & Nathan Delacruz of Lake Elsinore caught 11 trout totaling 33 pounds 8 ounces using worms on from shore on the backside of the lake. Dennis Maldonado of L.A. caught 10 catfish totaling 25 pounds using mackerel at the Dam. Juan Vagas of Riverside caught 5 Lighting trout totaling 15 pounds his largest weighed in at 6 pounds 8 ounces. Jose Martinez of Corona caught 5 catfish totaling 19 pounds 8 ounces, his largest at 9 pounds using mackerel at the Dam. Corona Lake will be closed every Wednesday & Thursday for Day & Night fishing.
