ANOTHER BLUEZILLA SIGHTING AT SANTA ANA RIVER LAKES

JUST 6 DAYS AFTER BLUEZILLA WAS CAUGHT BILL WHITE OF NORCO WAS FISHING BETWEEN LA PALMA POINT AND THE HALF TREE USING MACKEREL AND HOOKED INTO THE MIGHTY BLUZILLA.  HE BATTLED THE 78+ POUND MONSTER CATFISH AKA BLUEZILLA FOR 20 EXHAUSTING MINUTES. BILL WHITE OF NORCO WAS FISHING BETWEEN LA PALMA POINT AND THE HALF TREE USING MACKEREL AND HOOKED INTO THE MIGHTY BLUZILLABLUEZILLA WAS IN GREAT SHAPE AND WAS SAFELY RELEASED IN THE CATFISH LAKE.  Nick Sanchez of Corona caught 7 catfish totaling 18 pounds mackerel at Sandy Point. 

 
 
Santa Ana River Lakes is currently stocking catfish every Friday and is open 7 days a week for both day & night fishing.  24 hour camping/overnight fishing is scheduled for every Friday & Saturday night, 5pm to 4pm the next day during the summer.
