  • Anaheim Lake was originally opened in 1969 by the Orange County Water District. The Lake quickly became one of the most popular fishing spots in all of Southern California. There are over 2.5 miles of shore line, drive right up and fish next to your car with easy access to the water. There are 75 surface acres of water with three islands in the lake that provide excellent fishing possibilities from rental boats or privately launched boats. The Lake provides a real country atmosphere in a metropolitan area. There are lots of big green trees around the lake, that provide shade from the hot summer sun and many areas of shady grass for lounging or a cool summer picnic. The Lake was closed in 1990 and was opened for only 2 or 3 months during the last 9 years. Through negotiations with the Water District, the lake was re-opened on June 10th and will remain open until late October for the entire catfish season.

  • It's truly a great place to fish and has always been a favorite for Senior Citizens and Moms wishing to drop the kids off for some clean, wholesome recreation. It's the best bargain in town. It only costs $20.00 for adults, $18.00 for Seniors and $7.00 for Children for the whole day or evening of fishing. When the day is done your admission fee has brought you a day of fun, relaxation and most likely, a feast of fresh fish for the family dinner.

  • The Lake will be open 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. for day fishing and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. for night fishing. On Friday and Saturday nights, our famous 24 hour weekend pass is available, allowing you to fish all night and all the next day, with a whopping 15 fish limit.

  • So grab the Wife, the Kids, the Bar BQ, ice chest, camper, trailer, tent or what ever and come on out for a great day or evening of Summer fishing and camping.
