TROUT ARE COMING & BIG CATS STILL ON THE CHEW
We will be stocking trout Thurs. Nov. 12th & Thurs. Nov. 19th for our BIG trout opener that will be Nov. 20-21-22.
We also plan to stock 10 to 20+ POUND SUUUUPERR TROUT FOR THANKSGIVING WEEKEND Nov. 27-28-29.
During trout season we are closed the day we stock trout which usually is Thursday.
John Cargy of Garden Grove caught a 19 pound catfish using mackerel in the Big Lake and released the big cat in the Catfish Lake. 
Ricardo Zepada of Santa Ana caught a 12 pound & a 8 pound catfish fishing at the “big pipe” using mackerel.
Vince Rangel of Whittier caught a 10 pound 12 ounce catfish using a night-crawler at the “big tree” in the Big Lake.

During trout season we will have 24 hour fishing sessions AT LEAST ONCE a month on the weekend closest to the full moon. The next 24 hour fishing session will be Thanksgiving weekend Fri. 11/27 & Sat. 11/28. We will have a list on our website of all the exact dates posted soon.
